What did you want to be when you grew up?I went through a phase where I wanted to be an architect, and then I realized there was a lot of math involved in that so I ruled it out completely. Then I went to film school, so I think at that point I thought I would write and direct my own features. After I realized all that it entailed, I started acting.

What was the worst trend when you were going to school?I don’t want to diss a brand, but there were a lot of kids who wore shirts with logos all the way down the sleeve and on the chest. I remember one trend that I really liked, though — when everyone dressed like they did in the movie Clueless. I thought that was great.
